Hickory Construction collaborated with Design Innovation Architect’s founder and owner, Faris Eid, to construct a 5,799 square foot renovation to this client’s home. The residence includes Marvin slimline windows to portray an open feel layout, custom cabinetry, and a waterfall pocket door featuring wood details. An apartment dwelling was also constructed with a live roof placed upon the exterior. Additionally, A potting shed was crafted that includes custom iron railings that feature designs such as bees and Swedish folk flowers to symbolize the clients’ interests.
