Hickory Construction was selected to provide an extensive 16,550 SF clubhouse renovation and expansion to include new dining spaces, fitness area, bar, meeting rooms, and other common areas.

The project encompassed the addition of two new dining areas, modern upgrades to the adult dining area, and a bar view known as “The Pub.” These sleek new spaces bring a fresh look to the country club, and an added benefit to members.

The project also includes an outdoor deck addition. The cantilevered deck addition to the rear of the existing clubhouse creates room for the expansion and provides amazing views overlooking the Tennessee River below.

In discussing the project, former club president Mitch Steenrod stated, “You know what a great job I think Hickory did for us.”
