Located on the campus of The University of Tennessee, Hickory led the construction of this 17,000 SF, two story, European-style sorority house.

The house includes a chapter room, dining room, state-of-the-art kitchen, formal parlor, and study rooms. Additionally, the house is filled with “dorm style” rooms with accompanying restrooms that provide sleeping space
for 50.

The exterior facade includes a unique brick pattern, custom windows, and numerous limestone elements.
