New Dutch Colonial Home

Working with architect Jonathan Miller, Hickory built this new home – which was faithful to the spirit and design of the previous Dutch Colonial home that occupied the same location – utilizing exterior textures and materials that allowed the residence to maintain its familiarity within the neighborhood.

The result was a home as timeless and beautiful as its predecessor but with more square footage and lots of modern conveniences. The rebuild also gave the homeowners the opportunity to take advantage of the latest in products and building materials designed for energy efficiency.
