Hickory Construction was selected to provide an extensive 16,550 square foot clubhouse renovation and expansion which included new dining spaces, a fitness studio. a bar, meeting rooms, and other common areas.
Design upgrades were made to the dining rooms to provide a bright and modern feel. The bar, know as “The Pub,” brings a slick, new, fresh look to the country club.
A private dining experience can now be utilized for club members. Personalized wine lockers were constructed in this room as well as a custom, handcrafted dining table used to host private dinners for guests.
An upgraded fitness studio was created to house the latest, state-of-the-art gym equipment. Wall hanging pull up bars and swining ropes were installed to provide guests with a modern way of working out.
Lastly, the former outdoor dining area was expanded to host an additional level of seating for club members to enjoy views of the Tennessee River below. The patio can now be utilized during all 4 seasons with the upgraded heating and cooling system that was installed.
