Based on our success in the dealership construction marketplace and our long-standing relationship with the Twin City Dealerships, Hickory was selected to build the new Airport Honda. This project is located on “The Airport Motor Mile” in Alcoa, Tennessee. We broke ground on this project in late 2020 and the project will be be completed in December of 2021.
The Cope Architecture designed facility makes a grand statement and is in keeping with Honda’s new contemporary branding. The nearly 40,000 square foot, two-story structure will feature a modernized showroom, expansive service bays, parts department, car wash, office suites, and ancillary spaces. Situated on seven acres, the facility will provide space for approximately 500 vehicles and also connect other Twin City dealerships, Hyundai and GMC.
