When construction crews are working on your property it is reassuring to know they are following proper safety protocol.  Hickory Construction has an aggressive safety program earning some of the best workers’ compensation modifier ratings for the industry over several years running.  In addition to maintaining worker safety, Hickory clients are much less likely to experience delays associated with injuries.

Hickory participates in the Tennessee Drug Free work place program, which requires training for all staff and supervisors.  Random drug screens are included in the program, and all new hires are contingent on clearing a drug test.

In its continuing efforts to promote safety, Hickory superintendents maintain OSHA training and certification in first aid techniques.
